20XS: SIX HOUR CHALLENGE

Level of Difficulty: Tough - attainable with the right mindset.

Event Details

Event Date: Saturday, September 21

Event Time: 6 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Registration Fee: $225

Fundraising Minimum: $1,500

Training Requirements:

Each challenge has minimum training requirements.

Recommended PST Goals:

  • 40 push ups (30 for women) in 2 minutes
  • 40 sit-ups in 2 minutes
  • 40 air squats in 2 minutes
  • 2 minutes rest between each movement
  • 8 dead hang pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit
  • 1 mile run in boots and utility pants – 9.5 minutes

We will not performance drop you based on a below-par PST score. However, a lack of preparation will be a hindrance on your fellow participants.

Registration for this event is individual. Groups may register for the same event, however Baycrest SEALFIT does not currently provide private or closed challenges.
