Fundraising Minimum: $2,500
Each challenge has minimum training requirements.
Recommended PST Goals:
- 40 push ups (30 for women) in 2 minutes
- 40 sit-ups in 2 minutes
- 40 air squats in 2 minutes
- 2 minutes rest between each movement
- 8 dead hang pull-ups for men, 4 for women, no time limit
- 1 mile run in boots and utility pants – 9.5 minutes
We will not performance drop you based on a below-par PST score. However, a lack of preparation will be a hindrance on your fellow participants.
Registration for this event is individual. Groups may register for the same event, however Baycrest SEALFIT does not currently provide private or closed challenges.
