Fundraising Minimum: $5,000
You must complete a MURPH at the 12-hour mark, halfway through your event, to earn the opportunity to continue on to the 2nd half of the 20XL.
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run (no weight)
- 75 minute time limit
To complete your MURPH standards, rotational reps are recommended. Pull-ups, push-ups, and squats do not have to be continuous.
Registration for this event is individual. Groups may register for the same event, however Baycrest SEALFIT does not currently provide private or closed challenges.
